Obafemi is the founding partner of Axioms Solicitors. He has about twenty years experience advising clients mostly investment bankers on diverse financial transactions such as project finance, corporate finance, investment fund structuring and general commercial transactions. He graduated from the prestigious faculty of law of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1996 and obtained a Master of Laws from the same university in 2001. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, United Kingdom. He has attended various international seminars and other training programs especially on aspects of finance and structured finance. He is also a member of the Nigerian Association of Energy Economist.
Prior to founding Axioms Solicitors, he was an Assistant Vice President in the Legal & Compliance Unit of the premier asset management and investment banking outfit in Nigeria, Asset & Resource Management Company Limited (ARM). While in ARM he was the head of the transaction advisory desk in the legal unit where he led a team of talented lawyers who provide transaction advisory services on all aspects of the company’s investment banking and fund formation transactions. Prior to joining ARM, Obafemi also worked at some of the leading law firms in Nigeria such as Perchstone and Graeys, Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie and Chief Gani Fawehinmi Chambers.
Human Resources Manager
Stella is the Human Resources Manager for Brookstone property. She brings over 6 years of experience with expertise in Human Resources Management.
Prior to joining Brookstone, she had worked as the company secretary for Inanna Empire, the parent company of a group of companies operating in logistics, security, consultancy and NGO. She managed the company’s legal department. Prior to that, she worked as a legal associate at F.M Oduma. Prior to that she worked as the Human Resources Manager and Company Secretary for Seth James Group, a construction and real estate development firm.
Stella is a graduate from the Niger delta University from the faculty of Law, she also holds certifications in Human Resources Management; Project Management. Hobbies include researching; movie dates and window shopping. She is also a collector of vintage wristwatches.
Morayo is the administrative assistant at Brookstone Property with years of experience in customer service, office administration and business support. Prior to her joining the firm, she worked as a business support officer at Dahfex Global Solutions, a content provider to mobile network operators in Nigeria, where she honed her skills in telemarketing, business development and research, content acquisition; production and distribution. Prior to that, Morayo also worked as a digital media specialist at Renaissance Media, where she was responsible for artist management, digital media marketing and blogging.
Morayo graduated from Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State where she studied English and Literary Studies. Prior to that, she obtained a National Diploma in Mass Communication at Rufus Giwa Polytechnic, Owo, Ondo State. She is also a Certified Health and Safety Professional. Asides work, she loves movie dates with friends and family, travelling and meeting people.
Ibigbani is a Structural engineer with over 3 years’ experience in the private sector. Prior to joining Brookstone, she worked at the structural engineering consultancy company, ILP, as the Structural Supervisor for The Avenue, at Ikoyi, Lagos, where she was responsible for the structural supervision of the site.
She is presently the Structural Supervisor for The Overlook Condominiums, Ikoyi, Lagos. Ibigbani holds a Bachelors in Civil Engineering from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers state. Apart from working on site, in her free time she enjoys cooking and playing outdoor games.
Urobumi Beji is a result oriented and goal driven lawyer. Prior to joining Brookstone , she graduated with a second-class upper Honours in Law and management from the prestigious Aston University Birmingham, United Kingdom in 2014 and obtained a Masters degree in Business and Management with the Aforementioned where she had an outstanding performance in her Masters Dissertation on “the Imitative Market Entry Strategy in the Oil and Gas Industry in Nigeria”.
In 2010 Urobumi Beji was awarded an Ontario scholar for attaining academic distinction for her Ontario diploma degree in Canada. She worked as an international Student Ambassador for Aston University, and for Cancer Research UK. In addition to this Urobumi did her externship with Probitas Partners LLP in Nigeria. She is a firm believer that knowledge is power only when you apply it. Her favourite hobbies are listening to music and reading.
Alero Toluwalope Ladipo
Alero has worked across various industries in Nigeria and South Africa, mainly in Banking and Telecommunications where she operated in research and policy formulation, rebranding, development of internal and external plans for businesses, Strategic Marketing support for personal and business support and delivering merger campaigns. She has extensive financial services exposure and some of her roles include Marketing Manager, PBB & Wealth at Stanbic IBTC Bank Nigeria, Group Communications Manager, PBB & CIB Africa at Standard Bank South Africa and her recent role as Head of Product Marketing and Internal Communications at UBA
He is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over five (5) years cognate experience in the real estate sector and has consummated numerous real estate transactions within Lagos and Nigeria.
Prior to joining Brookstone, Stephen has worked with esteemed real estate firm like Kennedy Anene & Associates (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) where he was responsible for sourcing, marketing and managing, letting/sales and valuing numerous properties in the company’s portfolio.
Stephen holds a B.Sc degree in Estate Management from the University of Uyo, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. His hobbies include playing table tennis and hanging out.
He is an estate surveyor and valuer with over Ten (10) years cognate experience in the real estate space initiating and consummating real estate transactions of different sizes and complexities most especially in the highbrow areas of Ikoyi, Victoria Island and environs.
Prior to joining Brookstone, Sulaiman has worked with prestigious real estate firms/ property companies like Mutiu Balogun & Co (Estate Surveyors & Valuers) where he was saddled with the responsibility of sourcing, marketing, leasing/sales of real estate developments in Ikoyi and environs and Hormel Company Limited (Real Estate company) where he successfully initiated, evaluate and conclude both retail and residential real estate transactions.
Sulaiman holds a Higher National Diploma in Estate management from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo state. His hobbies include playing scrabble and watching football.

Prior to Cobel Contracting Nigeria Ltd, He worked at Moore Advice Ltd, Ilupeju. Lagos as a Project Architect/Project Manager with a portfolio of Airtel Shops Projects, Nationwide worth of Two Hundred and Fifty Million Naira, a renovation/branding/fit out firm.
Tayo has a wealth of experience in all project phases from conceptualization to design development to completion and close out with a remarkable reputation for meeting timelines, working within project scope, specifications, budget and quality standards.Tayo has demonstrated excellent skills in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, resolving complex technical problems, leading and managing teams and communicate effectively between project team members and stakeholders.

Bolanle R. Adigun
Real Estate Development Manager
Bolanle holds a BSc. In Estate Management and a Master’s degree in Project Management (Construction) from Covenant University and Nottingham Trent University respectively.
With 5 years of professional experience in the Nigerian real estate and construction industry, he has performed in various roles across its’ entire lifecycle.
Working as Project Manager at Atican Group, Assistant Project Manager at POC Nigeria Ltd, graduate site supervisor at Multi-Projects Nigeria Ltd and real estate officer at Paul Osaji & Co., taking on other diverse responsibilities ranging from facility & property management to property valuation, agency, business development and much more.
He has been involved in the development and management of residential and commercial projects like Sapphire Garden Mass Housing Project, Awoyaya; Pocal Park Estate, Lekki and Banksome Global Resource High-Rise Oﬃce Space Development, Victoria Island.
He’s a strong advocate of research, diversity and continuous improvement in the workplace. Bolanle is also a student member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB), student member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a probationer at the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV).

Olusola Opeoluwa Fadeyi
Opeoluwa is a Construction Engineer with over 12 years of design, procurement, construction, engineering and building management in both the public and private sectors as well as experience with a key focus on infrastructure management.
Prior to joining Brookstone, Opeoluwa was a Project Manager at Hometel Developers where he was responsible for leading projects upon commencement of the detailed design phase up until construction and project delivery.
Prior to Homtel, Opeoluwa worked as Director of Works with the Institute of Technology and Management where he managed construction, infrastructure development and facilities maintenance for the institution.
Prior to ITM, Opeoluwa worked at Provast Limited where he worked as a Civils & Structures Project Engineer for Shell Oil field logistic bases both offshore and onshore for platform bases, piling works, drilling bases, hydro-construction, gas plants, flow stations, camp residential buildings and subsea structural construction.
Opeoluwa also worked with Covenant University and Nice Dreams Properties as an engineer where he oversaw day to day running of construction site activities and ensuring that designs were well implement on site.
Opeoluwa is a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, Nigerian Institute of Building and a registered engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is currently training to be a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan, and a Master’s Degree in Structures from the Ladoke Akintola University, Ogbomosho, both in Oyo State, Nigeria.
Afolabi holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University and has over 5 years of accounting experience cutting across different sectors including education, consulting, trading, investment and real estate.
Prior to joining Brookstone Property, Afolabi worked as an Accounts Officer for Deluxe Residences Ltd, where he was responsible for accounting, project monitoring, finance and tax auditing, internal control, budgeting and payroll administration.
Prior to Deluxe, Afolabi worked with Osunbade Okiti & Co Chartered Accountants for 2 years. While with Osunbade, he led teams of external auditors in different statutory audit engagements and was responsible for the preparation of the audited financial statements for several companies across different sectors.
Afolabi is in stage 5 of the ICAN professional examination and also is passionate about swimming and comedy.
Atureta is a highly accomplished property design and development professional with extensive experience directing multimillion-dollar developments spanning from new building construction and renovation to infrastructure projects.
He is an Innovative Architect with 17+ years hands-on experience in designing, implementing, building, supervising and developing large scale real estate development projects from inception to completion with total value in excess of $60 Million. Atureta has 8+ years in senior management positions including Deputy Managing Director, Group COO and General Manager Operations with CMB Building, Maintenance and Inv Co Ltd. Prior to CMB, he had worked in consultancy with PCD Associates with a portfolio of projects above N20b and with Dezignkraft, a design and build firm. He has expertise in all project phases from design development to closeout with outstanding reputation for meeting budget, schedule, and quality expectations. Atureta has demonstrated talents in managing multiple concurrent initiatives, resolving complex technical problems, leading teams, and communicating effectively between internal and external project stakeholders.
Atureta graduated from Federal University of Technology, Minna, with a Masters of Technology in Architecture. His favorite hobbies include grilling and collecting vintage sneakers.
Mr. Kabir Audu
Kabir Audu is the Founder and Managing Partner of the real estate development firm, Athena Capital Limited (ACL) Nigeria. Prior to founding ACL, Mr. Audu co-founded Horizon Capital Investment (HCI) Limited Nigeria, and before then he worked for Citigroup’s Investment Banking arm, Salomon Smith Barney, in New York.
Mr. Audu is also a Director at The Sanke6 Group (Nairobi, Kenya) as well as Muele Development (Sandton, South Africa).
Mr. Audu graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Notre Dame in Indiana, United States of America. He obtained a Bachelor in Business Administration (B.B.A) with a concentration in Finance, Business Economics, and Middle East & Mediterranean Studies.

Paul Onwuanibe began his career in the ‘built environment’ with a formal education in Architecture, Property Development and Construction Management, together with an MBA from the London Business School. Paul has over 20 years in the professional experience of design and execution of projects in Africa, USA and Europe. He served as Development Director with Beacon Housing, in UK.
Paul was the Executive with responsibility for the Property and Logistics team of Regus Plc during its rapid expansion years, which oversaw the opening of 190 business centres globally. His is now running Landmark Group – the company which he founded in 1997 and now successfully operates from offices across five continents.
Mustafa is Executive Vice Chairman at Alpha African Advisory. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience working with reputable global investment banking and asset management firms. Mustafa provides overall leadership at Alpha African Advisory and has direct oversight over the capital raising division.
Prior to joining Alpha African Advisory, he was the inaugural CEO of the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON), a Government backed institution established to resolve the problem of non-performing loan assets of Nigerian Banks after the 2008 global financial crisis.
Mustafa was Founding President at Madison Advisors, a financial service advisory and consulting firm in New Jersey, specializing in hedge fund and private equity investment advice.
He also served as the Managing Director, Fixed Income at Shoreline Group in the United States, responsible for the development and marketing of a range of fixed income securities products for institutional investors.
Mustafa held senior positions at Goldman Sachs, Bear Stearns and Guggenheim Partners in the United States amongst others, where he developed a broad knowledge base in capital market operations in both mature and emerging markets. His experience includes serving as the Chairman of the Public Securities Association Trading Practice Committee of the National Association of Securities Dealers overseeing mortgage backed securities.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Lagos (first class honours) and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

He serves as the Rotating Chairman of the Greysteel Company, LLC’s multifamily investment sale, debt/equity placement and analyst training/team building committees. He was associated with a national real estate investment services firm, where he served as Senior Director, Top Producer and Leader of their Mid-Atlantic multi-housing group. Joe is a Managing Partner at Brookstone Property and has worked in the commercial real estate sector since 2004. Prior to co-founding Brookstone, he served as the Senior Development Manager at Landmark, a multinational commercial real estate developer focused on delivering class A space across Africa to premier clientele. He managed the company’s $1.2B land and development pipeline including mixed-use office, retail, hospitality and residential projects. Prior to that, Joe was the Development Manager at Persianas Group, the largest shopping mall developer in Nigeria, where he was responsible for the execution of shopping mall developments across Nigeria.
Prior to working in Nigeria, Joe spent 9 years working in the United States. He was a consultant at Lipman Frizzell & Mitchell, a commercial real estate consulting company based in metro Washington, DC, where he advised institutional investors on acquisitions, valuations and highest and best uses. Prior to that, he was a Senior Investment Advisor at Marcus & Millichap, the country’s largest commercial real estate services firm, and spearheaded the acquisitions/dispositions of multi-family residential assets in the Metro Washington DC region.
Joe graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and an MBA from Georgetown University. He is recently married to his wife, Tope, and in his free time, he is a devoted tennis player.
Juliet is a business development professional with over 4 years’ experience in sales across multiple industries.
Prior to joining Brookstone, Juliet worked with Deluxe Residences Limited, a Real Estate Development Company in Lagos. During that time, she designed and implemented a strategic sales plan which expanded the company’s customer base. Prior to Deluxe, Juliet worked with Itiebi Concepts Company Limited, an Oil and Gas Servicing Company in Lagos where she worked in sales and procurement with multi-national oil companies. Prior to Itiebi, she worked in the Business Banking group of First City Monument Bank in Port Harcourt where she was responsible to new business acquisition and formulating marketing activities to promote the company’s products and services. Juliet is a graduate of Banking and Finance from Anambra State University and has completed professional course work in project management and sales and marketing.
